RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS 

-We have a 14-day return policy on full priced items 

-Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days and must be back with ourselves within this timeframe

-Items must be returned to OTT BOUTIQUE, Richmond centre, Ferryquay Street, Derry, BT486PE, NI

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

-You are responsible for the return shipping cost

-Tracking is advisable as we take no responsibility for returns that are lost. 


-To start a return, you can contact us at simone.ottboutique@gmail.com and include your order number, name, address and reason for return. 

-Returns sent back to without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like tights, jewellery (body piercings) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and layaway items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IN-STORE AND CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS 

-We have a 7 day return policy on full priced items

-Returns will not be accepted after 7 days and must be back with ourselves within this timeframe to be eligible for a full refund or exchange

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

-If your item was bought VIA the website for “click & collect” your refund will be returned to the original payment method

-If purchased VIA cash you will be given the refund immediately in-store upon return

-SALE ITEMS OR SOILD AND DAMAGED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
